This is the preliminary interview — the first step. You can complete it on a phone or a laptop.

Use a stable internet connection.

You must record video with your face visible on camera (webcam or phone camera). If you do not record your video — face on camera, in person — you will not be selected for the on-site interview. Audio-only or camera-off does not qualify.
